Payment policy
We ask that you pay your entire bill at the time of service and offer a discount to patients that do so. If you are unable to do so, due to financial hardship, we will consider billing you for the balance due, but you will lose the discount. In some cases, with prior approval, we will agree to a payment plan for the balance due. In all cases, the $90 deposit must be paid at the time of service.
If you are from out of state, we require payment in full at the time of service.
For certain labwork, you will receive an additional separate bill from Dynacare or PacLab.
For x-rays, you will receive an additional separate bill from South Sound Radiology.
