our billing department is here to help! The cost of using our facility is much less than the emergency room, and the wait time is usually much shorter. Making good care provider decisions reduces health care costs by saving our emergency rooms for true emergencies.

Payment policy



Financial Policy for self-pay patients: There is a $90 deposit required before the visit, which is only a deposit, and may not cover the entire bill. MOST office visits run between $90-135 if nothing else is done. The actual cost of the visit is increased by labs, x-rays, medications, supplies, or any procedures that are done.

We ask that you pay your entire bill at the time of service and offer a discount to patients that do so. If you are unable to do so, due to financial hardship, we will consider billing you for the balance due, but you will lose the discount. In some cases, with prior approval, we will agree to a payment plan for the balance due. In all cases, the $90 deposit must be paid at the time of service.
